MS Brekke has its home port at Brekke locks, and most trips start here. On the trips you will see some of the most beautiful places along the entire 80 km long Halden Canal.

Join us for a unique experience with MS Brekke through the Brekke locks. We will take you through Europe's highest continuous lock staircase, and Norway's oldest canal system. The lock system from 1924 lifts us a spectacular 27 meters through four lock chambers up to the Stenselva River.

A dinner cruise on the Halden Canal is a pleasant experience - a "floating restaurant" in idyllic surroundings on Norway's oldest canal system.
Enjoy a three-course dinner made with local produce as you glide leisurely through the canal. The menu includes dishes such as slow-roasted elk, bruschetta with wild boar ham, and homemade ice cream from Tommis. This is a unique way to combine local food and nature experiences.

Charter cruise
MS Brekke can be chartered (rented) for groups, companies, teams and associations outside of scheduled timetables from May-September.
The boat is well suited for company outings, party venues and as a relaxing trip, so anyone who wishes can rent the boat for social events and company outings.

If you need transportation from Halden City Center, you can order a taxi. Unfortunately, there are no buses on this route.
