Via Ferrata Halden Canal
Europe's longest suspension bridge in a Via Ferrata - 124.3 m long, 15 meters above the Halden Canal at Brekke locks, an exciting climbing course and a 250 meter long zipline are just some of the things that await you when you arrive at Via Ferrata Halden Canal.
Via Ferrata is Italian and originally means iron path or iron road. The route at Brekke is classified as a medium-easy via ferrata, and is suitable for most people.
Guiding at Fredriksten
From being Norway's most important defense fortification, Fredriksten is today a popular hiking area and an international event venue.
But be careful - history is never far away. Who really shot Charles XII? Where did the prisoners who tried to escape from the fortress become? And what is that floating around the Clock Tower at midnight?

Brekke canoe rental
The Halden Canal is a popular area for boating, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and hiking. The canal company has 12 canoes for rent. Along the canal there are 18 shelters and campsites as well as several pleasant accommodation and dining options.
You can rent a canoe at Brekke and paddle the entire Halden Canal or just the lock if you want. Canoe rentals are available from May 1st until the end of the autumn holidays. During this period, rentals will be available at the kiosk at Via Ferrata Halden Canal or you can contact Brekke KanoUtleie .
Climbing on the border
Climbing at Grensen is one of Scandinavia's largest climbing parks.
The climbing park offers activities for all children and adults from 2.5 years and up.
The climbing park has over 230 elements in 20 exciting trails, 5 different Tarzan jumps, many zip lines, Låvesuget, Låvehoppet and Ættestupet. Here everyone will be able to find challenges!
