Terms of sale

The order is considered binding after acceptance of the terms of sale and payment has been completed. Payment is considered the buyer's acceptance that the trip has been booked.

Buyer is the person who places the order.

The delivery

The ordered product appears on the order confirmation received by the buyer after ordering in the online store.

We do not refund tickets if you do not show up on time, have the wrong day, or otherwise do not show up for your departure.

You must ensure that you arrive on time and use the ticket you purchased.

With EXCEPTIONS

MS Brekke does not sail in extreme weather conditions such as heavy lightning/thunder. In such situations, we will send a notice from both of us. You can choose whether you want a new date or a refund.

Right of withdrawal

We will refund purchased tickets up to 14 days after purchase. If the purchase is made less than 14 days before departure, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

If you have purchased a ticket and become ill or cannot attend, we can postpone the tour date.

We use our own booking system and all data is kept confidential in our internal system.


Prices and payment

The prices stated on our website are total prices including VAT. The amount is deducted from the Buyer's account upon payment in the online terminal.

Payment methods: bank card and Vipps.


Order confirmation

Order confirmation is sent to the Buyer electronically and immediately after ordering and contains details of what has been ordered.

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Authority is available by telephone at 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no.

The European Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you wish to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
